Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Admissions Counselor, based on-site in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on courses, and advising students on the benefits and opportunities within the programs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting interviews, and assisting in the enrollment process. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Experience or background in Education
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the mental health or education sector is a plus
