Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to provide personalized academic and career counseling, assist in the selection of suitable courses, guide students through the college or university admission process, and ensure they meet all necessary requirements. The role requires maintaining effective communication with students and addressing their individual needs and goals in education and future career planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education guidance
• Ability to develop customized plans for students and establish trust
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Guidance Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Understanding of current trends and requirements in higher education
