Job Title: Academic Counsellor – Sales Profile
Job Summary
The Academic Counsellor (Sales) is responsible for driving student enrolments by counselling parents and students, understanding their academic needs, and converting leads into admissions through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound sales calls from students and parents
Counsel parents/students about courses, programs, pricing, and benefits
Convert leads into enrolments and achieve monthly admission targets
Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Explain course structure, learning outcomes, and competitive advantages
Maintain accurate records in CRM/lead management systems
Handle objections related to fees, curriculum, or timelines
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Participate in sales campaigns, webinars, and admission drives
Ensure excellent customer experience post-enrolment
