We are seeking an Academic Counselor for our MBBS program in India. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students pursuing their medical degrees, helping them navigate their academic journey and achieve their educational goals. Responsibilities
- Provide academic counseling to MBBS students regarding their academic performance and career paths.
- Assist students in course selection and academic planning to ensure timely graduation.
- Develop and implement academic support programs and workshops.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and faculty.
- Collaborate with faculty to identify students needing additional support and create intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic progress.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) or related field is required.
- Strong understanding of the MBBS curriculum and academic requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using academic counseling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of academic policies and regulations in India.
