Role Description

We are seeking a full-time International Sales Executive for our EdTech division. The role is based on-site at our Bengaluru office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing international sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate account records, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Skills in International Sales and International Business to effectively engage with global clients and manage cross-border operations.
  • Customer Service and Account Management experience to build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales with an ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Relevant education or certifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field, is preferred.
