Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Relation Officer (Study Abroad) based in Kochi. The Academic Counselor will assist students with the entire study abroad process, providing personalized counseling and support at every stage. Key tasks include managing student inquiries, advising on suitable universities and courses and maintaining strong relationships with students and partner institutions. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service is also required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively counsel and guide students.
• Knowledge of study abroad processes, including university systems, tests, and requirements.
• Ability to conduct research, manage documentation, and provide organized, accurate, and timely information to students.
• Proficiency in counseling and problem-solving to address student concerns and queries through effective communication.
• Previous experience in an educational consultancy, international education, or sales related space is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
