Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role based in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will assist students in identifying their academic and career goals, providing personalized guidance based on their strengths and interests. Daily tasks include conducting student counseling sessions, facilitating career guidance workshops, advising on course selections, and providing continuous support throughout their educational journey. The counselor will also collaborate with faculty and staff and help students overcome academic challenges.

• Experience or expertise in Academic Advising and Education
• Ability to support students in identifying and achieving their career goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in academic counseling or a similar role is preferred
