Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Noida. The Academic Counselor will engage with students to provide guidance on academic goals, assist in career counseling, and support their decision-making processes. Responsibilities include facilitating student counseling sessions, offering tailored advice on educational pathways, and working collaboratively to ensure students academic and career success while fostering an environment of growth and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide students in their academic and career journeys.
• Strong Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and academic staff with clarity and professionalism.
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to provide informed recommendations on course selection, curriculum planning, and academic development.
• Ability to build trust and rapport, demonstrating empathy and a student-centered approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in counseling are a plus.
