This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Chennai. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including student counseling, academic advising, providing career counseling, and supporting education-related matters. The role involves one-on-one advisory sessions, creating development plans, and assisting students in making informed educational and career choices.

• Strong Communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a student-focused approach
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Prior experience in academic advising or educational counseling is a plus
