We are looking for an experienced Academic Career Counsellor with a mandatory background in an aviation training institute/academy. The ideal candidate must have proven success in handling inbound leads and converting them into student enrollments for aviation courses.

Mandatory Experience

• Prior experience in an aviation training institute/academy is a must
• Strong experience in admissions counseling, student conversion, and inbound lead management
• Must have experience counseling for programs such as:
• Cabin Crew
• Ground Staff
• RTR
• Flight Dispatcher
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify inbound admission leads
• Counsel students and parents on aviation careers and suitable training programs
• Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
• Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person counseling
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, career scope, and placement opportunities
• Maintain lead pipeline, admission records, and meet enrollment targets
• Represent the academy professionally and align counseling with the institute's aviation-focused training approach
