Academic Counsellors

Experience: 0-2 years (Ed-tech sales preferred)

Location: Janakpuri, West Delhi

Mode: In-Office (5.5 Working)

About the Role:

At EazyGrad, we help students choose the right online UG/PG programs from top universities. We're looking for someone who's confident, good with communication, and enjoys counselling potential learners. If you understand sales, can talk to learners, and know how to build trust, you'll fit right in.

What You Will Do:

1. Speak to prospective learners and understand their career/education needs

2. Explain our university programs in a simple, clear manner

3. Help learners choose the right course & support them through the decision

4. Meet monthly revenue goals along with your team

5. Maintain accurate data on our CRM

6. Build a strong pipeline through follow-ups and referrals

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes
• Ability to understand and address the needs of prospective students
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in the education field is a plus
