Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor, located in Bengaluru, India. The Academic Counsellor will support students by providing personalized guidance on academic decisions, advising them on programs and courses, and facilitating career-counseling sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling students and parents, assessing academic needs, and helping students achieve their learning goals. The role also requires collaboration with educators and administration to ensure a fulfilling and impactful learning experience for students.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and teachers
  • Experience or knowledge in Education and student development strategies
  • Ability to empathize, build trust, and foster positive student relationships
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
