Salary: Upto 25k

Requirement: Fresh Graduates with Excellent Communication Skills (English) and intent to work in sales.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects and get them enrolled in the courses.

Understand each candidate's profile, professional background, and career aspirations to provide personalized course recommendations.

Present program features, benefits and unique advantages in a persuasive and consultative manner.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales and follow-up process.

Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails and messaging to ensure timely closure of sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while ensuring high conversion ratios.

Keep accurate records of interactions, leads and sales progress in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in any specialization (MBA preferred).

Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, Spontaneous and objection-handling skills .

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High level of ownership, self-motivation and result orientation.

Working Days & Timing

Immediate joiners only.

6 days working.

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
