TECHWINGSYS is hiring a passionate and confident Academic Counsellor to join our growing team in Kochi. We are looking for candidates with strong communication and sales skills who can guide students toward the right career path in software training and IT education.

Job Role

• Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interaction
• Explain courses, career opportunities, and training programs
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales skills
• Follow up with leads and maintain student relationships
• Support admission and onboarding activities

Requirements

• Any Degree
• 6 Months – 1 Year experience in Academic Sales / Counselling
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Passion for sales and student interaction
• Basic computer knowledge preferred

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
