Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to lead and manage a team of counsellors. The candidate should guide the team, support student counselling, and ensure target achievement.

Experience:

• Minimum 24 years experience in academic counselling / study abroad
• Experience in handling a team is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor a team of academic counsellors
• Guide team members in counselling and conversion strategies
• Counsel students and assist with course/university selection
• Ensure team achieves monthly targets
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Coordinate with application and admission teams
