Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Manjeri. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for advising students on suitable academic programs and career opportunities, guiding them in course selections, and assessing their eligibility for different educational institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education guidance
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with students and their families
• Ability to provide tailored academic and career advice
• Understanding of international education systems and application processes is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in academic or career counseling is preferred
• Empathy, patience, and a student-focused approach
