Role Description

As an Academic Counsellor Sales, you will guide students and parents in selecting suitable academic programs while identifying leads and converting inquiries into enrollments. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting counseling sessions, understanding students educational goals, and recommending personalized learning solutions. Close collaboration with prospective learners to address their questions and concerns is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Expertise in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Understanding of Educational systems and Academic guidance
• Customer-centric with the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales, career counseling, or academic advisory roles is advantageous
• Effective organizational and multitasking skills
