About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor with experience and knowledge of NEET & JEE exam preparation to join our team at Physics Wallah (PW). This role is crucial in guiding students toward the right academic choices, recommending suitable NEET/JEE courses, and driving enrollments through impactful counselling and sales strategies. 🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Lead Qualification: Reach out to prospective students/parents, assess their NEET/JEE background, preparation stage, and career aspirations.
- Needs Assessment & Course Recommendation: Understand the learner’s preparation gaps and suggest appropriate PW NEET/JEE courses and programs.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging telephonic presentations showcasing the value of Physics Wallah’s NEET & JEE offerings.
- Objection Handling & Conversions: Address queries/concerns with empathy, resolve doubts about exam strategies or course fit, and successfully drive enrollments.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with students and parents, offering guidance throughout their preparation journey.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales performance; share insights on student needs and exam trends with the team.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the sales and academics teams to refine strategies, align with exam trends, and enhance enrolment outcomes.
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- Strong understanding of NEET & JEE exams (syllabus, preparation strategies, and exam patterns).
- Excellent communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or education domain (EdTech/Coaching preferred).
- Passion for student success and ability to guide students/parents in making informed decisions.
