Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their academic and career goals. Day-to-day tasks include assisting students in course selection, creating academic plans, offering career counseling, and addressing any academic challenges they may face. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with faculty and other departments to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Experience in Academic Advising and understanding of Education systems
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to addressing student concerns
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in an academic advising or counseling role is a plus
• Commitment to supporting student development and success
