About the Role:

Wayspire is expanding its Online Degree Programs (UG/PG) vertical and is looking for experienced Senior Academic Counsellors who can guide students, recommend the right university & program, and convert counselling conversations into successful enrollments.

This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in Online Degrees Admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students for Online UG & PG Programs (BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com, MBA, MCA, M.Com, etc.)
• Understand student profile, career goals, eligibility & budget
• Recommend the most relevant university and program
• Handle inbound & outbound leads and manage follow-ups
• Explain program structure, fees, eligibility, and admission process
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
• Coordinate their admissions & documentation
• Achieve weekly & monthly conversion targets
• Participate in training, reviews, and performance discussions

Required Experience & Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in: Online Degree Counselling
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objection-based counselling
• Target-driven & result-oriented mindset
• Experience in closing admissions is mandatory
• Knowledge of UGC-approved online universities is a must

Salary & Work Details:

CTC: 4 LPA 6 LPA + uncapped incentives

Working Days: 6 days/week

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Location: Sector 19, Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram (Work From Office)
