We are looking for an energetic and student-friendly Academic Counsellor to guide learners about our training programs and 100% Placement Guarantee / Job Guarantee courses. The role involves counselling, admissions conversion, coordination, and supporting students throughout the learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on career options in IT, Software, CADD, Networking, Skill Development etc.
- Explain course details, job guarantee terms, fees, duration, and placement process.
- Convert leads from walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Maintain admission records, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
- Coordinate with trainers and placement team to support students.
- Guide students for interview preparation and placement readiness.
- Participate in seminars, events, and admission campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable programs.
- Basic knowledge of education/training industry (added advantage).
- Good convincing skills & follow-up discipline.
- Friendly, professional and student-focused attitude.
Qualifications
- Any Degree (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
- Experience in counselling / telecalling / admissions is an advantage.
