About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Admission / Academic Counselor to guide students toward the right IT, Cyber Security, and skill-development programs. If you enjoy interacting with students and parents, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by targets and growth—this role is perfect for you.
No technical background required—we'll train you completely!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries efficiently
- Counsel students and parents on courses, fees, duration, and career outcomes
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Ensure regular follow-ups and enquiry tracking
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admissions
Who Can Apply
- Graduates / Undergraduates
- 1–4 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, tele-calling, or inside sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- IT background is NOT mandatory
