We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission / Academic Counselor to guide students toward the

right IT, Cyber Security & skill-development courses and convert enquiries into successful

admissions. No technical background required full training will be provided.

Working time: 10am to 7pm

Location: Thane. (Just 2 min. walking distance from Rly. Station)

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp & online enquiries
  • Counsel students &; parents on courses, fees, duration & career benefits
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions
  • Regular follow-ups & enquiry management
  • Achieve monthly admission targets
  • Coordinate with academic & operations teams
  • Provide academic guidance and support to students in their educational journey.
  • Assist students in selecting courses and planning their academic schedules.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and exam preparation.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback on academic performance.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student needs are met.
  • Counsel students on academic policies, procedures, and resources available to them.
  • Help students identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Knowledge of academic policies and procedures in educational institutions.
  • Proficiency in using educational software and tools for tracking student progress.
  • Empathy and active listening skills to understand student concerns and needs.
