Job Description

1) Job Title: Business Development Executive (Edutech sales )

2) About the Role:

We have three processes here: college admissions and online course admissions. While there is sales pressure, there is no work pressure. Our team collaborates to achieve targets and guide students in planning their future.

3) Job Type: Edu Sales

4) Roles & Responsibilities:

Call and convert the given leads to achieve the assigned sales targets.

Ensure all leads are dialed with none left unattended.

Generate at least one positive conversion per day.

5) Experience: Freshers and candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience.

6) Qualification: Any Degree.

7) Skills Required: Convincing ability and English communication.

8) Salary: 20,000 (freshers) and up to 30,000 (experienced), based on performance.

9) Working Days: Sunday to Saturday (Rotational week off).

10) Timings: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM.

11) Selection Process: Based on convincing power and communication skills.

12) Joining Timeline: Within a week.
