We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counsellor to join our team in India. This role involves providing academic support and guidance to students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and support to students regarding course selection and career planning.
• Assist students in developing effective study habits and academic skills.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Organize workshops and information sessions on academic programs and resources.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of academic programs and career pathways available in India.
• Proficiency in using student management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathy and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
