We are hiring an Academic Counsellor for our JWA KIHON Program, a structured Japanese language foundation program designed for students who want to build strong basics and understand future study and career opportunities in Japan.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, responsible, and motivated Academic Counsellor who can speak with students and parents, understand their goals, explain our program clearly, and support them throughout the admissions process.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communication, student counselling, education sales, and working in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with students and parents through calls and WhatsApp

Understand student goals and guide them with clear information

Explain the JWA KIHON Japanese language program, batch structure, fees, learning outcomes, and career guidance support

Follow up with interested students in a professional and timely manner

Maintain lead data and student records properly

Coordinate with the internal team for admissions, batch allotment, and student updates

Build trust through honest, clear, and respectful communication

Support students in making informed decisions based on their future goals

Work toward daily and monthly counselling/admission targets

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Confident speaking ability over calls

Comfortable with WhatsApp follow-ups and student handling

Basic computer skills, Google Sheets, and data management

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented mindset

Ability to explain programs clearly and professionally

Interest in education, student guidance, sales, or counselling

Compensation & Growth

Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month +

Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided on successful admissions and target achievement.

CTC: Up to ₹3.6 LPA, based on experience, communication skills, and performance.

Selected candidates will start with a fixed base salary, and strong performers can earn additional incentives along with future salary growth, increased responsibilities, and long-term career development within the company.
