Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to counsel perspective students.

2. Provide clear and accurate information on courses, fees, and admission procedures.

3. Maintain well-organized records of interactions, follow-ups, and call logs.

4. Support senior counsellors in closing admissions and help improve lead conversion.

5. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies in all communications.

Other Requirements:

Candidate must have excellent verbal communication and strong persuasion skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.

Target-driven mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
