Position: Academic Counsellor

Experience: Fresher / 0–5 Year

Location: Noida

Role & Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding UG and PG programs.
Understand students career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Follow up with interested students and guide them through the admission process.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and other relevant information.
Maintain student records and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
Confident, energetic, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
Interested in building a career in EdTech/Sales/Counselling.
