Job Description – Academic Counsellor

Position: Academic Counsellor

Experience: 6 months+ in UG & PG Program Counselling

Location: Noida

Role & Responsibilities

Counsel students for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
Understand students academic and career goals and suggest suitable programs.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
Maintain student information and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 months of experience in UG/PG counselling or EdTech sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of UG & PG programs and the admission process.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
