Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide counseling to Medical and Engineering aspirants regarding courses and admission processes.
• Make outbound calls on assigned leads received from support teams such as Marketing and Administration.
• Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance based on their educational needs.
• Convert potential leads into admissions by delivering effective counseling and follow-up.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve assigned targets and admission goals within deadlines.
• Manage multiple calls efficiently while maintaining quality communication.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and admission updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and support processes.
• Ensure a professional and student-focused approach during all interactions.
