Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.

Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up on leads.

Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Explain course benefits, pricing, and admission process clearly.

Maintain accurate data and CRM updates.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Fluency in English + any regional language (mandatory).

Strong sales mindset and target-driven attitude.

Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
