Role & Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding various educational programs and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Resolve student queries related to courses, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.
• 1–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech Sales, or Admission Counselling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
• Comfortable with telephonic and virtual counselling.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
