Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales) to enhance our institutional partnerships and student engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to grow in a sales career.

This role focuses on developing collaborations with colleges and universities, engaging with students, and increasing brand presence through effective BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities. It's a great opportunity for freshers or early-stage professionals looking to build a strong foundation in sales and progress toward leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inside sales – manage inbound leads, follow-ups, and counseling over calls and digital platforms.
  • Promote KIT Skill Hub's training and upskilling programs to students and institutions.
  • Execute daily and weekly sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with college representatives and placement teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in CRM tools.
  • Support marketing activities and offline events to boost brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or student counseling.
  • Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle both telephonic and field sales confidently.
  • Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby areas.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred: Experience working with placement cells, training & development teams. And knowledge of the regional education ecosystem.
