Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)

As an Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales Executive) for the India market, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their academic needs, and recommending the most suitable Infinity Learn programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales

• Connect with prospective customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments

Consultative Selling

• Understand students academic goals and parents expectations
• Provide personalized counselling and program recommendations

Revenue Growth

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management

Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals

Negotiation & Closing

• Handle objections confidently
• Negotiate offers and close sales effectively

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales mindset with a target-driven approach
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in telesales or inside sales preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are eligible
• Experience selling to K-12 or test-prep customers is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM (IST)
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)
