Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students in their educational and career development. Responsibilities include student counseling, academic advising, and assisting students in making informed decisions about their studies and future careers. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure a seamless counseling process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively
- Strong Communication skills to engage with students and stakeholders
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education to provide accurate advice on academic pathways
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to foster trust and build positive relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and adhere to ethical counseling standards
- Experience in the education sector or career counseling is an advantage
