Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students through consultations, assisting them in selecting suitable online universities and academic paths. The role involves offering academic and career counseling tailored to individual needs, educating students about course offerings and career prospects, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of online education programs. Additionally, the counselor will ensure seamless communication with students and contribute towards their success in achieving their academic goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide individuals in making informed educational and professional decisions.
  • Strong skills in Academic Advising, Education, and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to effectively convey information to students, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the organization's goals with a student-centered focus.
  • Previous experience in academic counseling or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling or a related field is preferred.
