This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Noida. The Academic Counselor will provide guidance and support to students, assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths. Key responsibilities include offering academic and career counseling, understanding student aspirations, guiding them through program options, and facilitating their enrollment in appropriate courses. The role requires effective communication and a student-centric approach to drive successful outcomes.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and motivate students effectively
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with students, families, and institutions
• Experience in Academic Advising and understanding of education systems
• Background in Education to deliver a well-rounded counseling approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport
• Prior experience in an academic or career advisory role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
