Job Description

Academic Coordinator

Location: Kochi

Experience: 0-3 years

Preference: Education / Training / Healthcare Education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage academic activities, schedules, and faculty communication.
  • Draft, review, and update the course syllabus and curriculum as per industry standards.
  • Support course planning, assessments, academic documentation, and student progress tracking.
  • Work closely with trainers/faculty to ensure smooth academic delivery.
  • Maintain academic records, reports, and training materials.
  • Ensure quality standards and timely completion of academic processes.
  • Assisted in developing learning materials, presentations, and evaluation methods.
  • Coordinate with management regarding academic planning and improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant field.
  • Teaching or academic coordination background preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and academic documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple academic tasks efficiently.

Preferred Profile:

  • Candidates from teaching, training, or educational institution backgrounds will be preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or professional training institutes is an added advantage
  • Freshers can also apply.
