Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Coordinator for the Primary section, based in Ghaziabad. The Academic Coordinator will oversee curriculum development, coordinate academic activities, guide and support teachers, and ensure effective implementation of teaching methodologies. Effective communication and collaboration with educators, students, and parents will be integral to the role. The coordinator will take responsibility for maintaining academic standards and periodically reviewing the curriculum to ensure it meets educational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Education and Curriculum Development
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and guiding teaching staff
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with parents, students, and teachers
- Experience in conducting Research and developing innovative teaching methodologies
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in primary education coordination or a similar role is preferred
