Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator with a strong background in the Cambridge curriculum to lead academic planning, ensure curriculum delivery, and support teachers in maintaining high educational standards.

This role is ideal for educators who are ready to move from classroom teaching to academic leadership and impact at a system level.

Responsibilities 

Oversee implementation of the Cambridge curriculum across relevant grades

Guide and mentor teachers to ensure effective lesson delivery

Monitor academic performance and maintain quality standards

Develop academic plans, schedules, and assessment frameworks

Ensure alignment with Cambridge guidelines and best practices

Conduct regular reviews, observations, and feedback sessions

Coordinate with management on academic improvements and initiatives

Requirements

Experience working with Cambridge curriculum

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and academic planning ability

Ability to drive consistency and quality across classrooms
