Role Objective
Own the quality, relevance, and impact of academic content at UniAthena. This role is expected to go beyond content writing — drive learner understanding, ensure academic rigor, and continuously upgrade content using data insights, industry trends, and modern tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop high-quality academic content in management domains aligned with postgraduate-level standards.
Take complete ownership of content accuracy, structure, and learner relevance — no generic or outdated material.
Translate complex management concepts into clear, engaging, and application-driven content.
Continuously upgrade content based on industry trends, emerging concepts, and learner feedback.
Integrate real-world case studies, practical scenarios, and business applications into learning materials.
Work closely with academic, product, and LMS teams to ensure seamless content delivery and learner experience.
Leverage tools and technology (AI tools, content platforms, LMS features) to improve content quality and efficiency.
Analyze learner performance, feedback, and engagement data to refine and optimize content.
Ensure consistency across modules in terms of tone, depth, and academic standards.
Challenge outdated content approaches and actively contribute to building a modern, industry-relevant curriculum.
Skills Required
Strong expertise in Management subjects (MBA-level understanding preferred)
Proven experience in academic content writing / curriculum development
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, structured, learner-friendly content
Basic understanding of modern tools & tech (AI tools, LMS platforms, content tools)
Analytical mindset — ability to interpret learner data and improve content accordingly
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and academic integrity
