Academic Content Quality Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) to ensure the highest standards of academic writing quality and research integrity. In this role, you will review academic content prepared by subject matter experts and ensure it meets university guidelines, academic standards, and client expectations.

You will play a critical role in maintaining quality by reviewing assignments, validating research sources, and providing structured feedback to improve the overall content quality delivered to international students.

Quality Review & Compliance

• Review academic assignments, reports, and research papers to ensure alignment with university guidelines and assessment criteria.
• Check content for logical structure, clarity, academic tone, and completeness.
• Ensure originality standards and adherence to plagiarism policies.

Research & Citation Validation

• Verify the accuracy of references, citations, and supporting research.
• Ensure the use of credible and relevant academic sources.

Feedback & Improvement

• Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve quality and consistency.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements in writing standards.

Client Interaction & Feedback Tracking

• Follow up with clients regarding delivered work and collect feedback where required.
• Maintain records related to assignment outcomes and performance insights.

Operational Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure assignments are delivered within timelines while maintaining quality standards.

• Experience: 2-4 years in academic writing, editing, or quality checking.
• Strong understanding of academic assessment formats used by international universities (UK, US, Australia, Middle East).

Expertise in multiple referencing styles including:

• APA (7th Edition)
• MLA (9th Edition)
• Harvard Referencing
• Chicago/Turabian
• OSCOLA (Law)
• IEEE (Engineering/Technical)

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate academic sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
