We are seeking a dedicated Academic Associate for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The Academic Associate will be responsible for collaborating with educators to develop high-quality academic content, researching and analyzing subject-specific resources, and assisting in curriculum development. This role involves interacting with stakeholders to ensure alignment with educational goals and contributing to projects that enhance the learning experience for students.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Proven Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Background in Education or related fields, with a passion for learning
• Experience with Research and content creation
• Team collaboration skills and the ability to manage projects effectively
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Sciences, Humanities, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in using technology and online tools for educational purposes is a plus
• Prior experience in teaching or academic roles is advantageous but not mandatory
