Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Academic Advisor (US Shift) at Hindustan Recruitment. The Academic Advisor will assist students in achieving their educational and career goals by providing guidance on academic programs and career pathways. Responsibilities include student counseling, academic advising, collaborating on curriculum planning, and supporting students in making informed decisions. Regular communication with students and understanding their needs will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Experience in Academic Advising and guiding students through educational programs
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Background in Education or familiar with academic frameworks
• Ability to work efficiently in a US shift role
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students
