Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Academic Advisor (US Shift) at Hindustan Recruitment. The Academic Advisor will guide students in their academic and career choices, provide counseling to help them achieve their educational and career goals, and recommend appropriate courses or programs. They will offer consistent support, address any academic concerns, and maintain regular communication to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
• Experience and knowledge in Academic Advising and Educational guidance
• Ability to work effectively during the US shift
• Adaptability to a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
