About the Role:
Exeed College is seeking a proactive and skilled Academic Advisor to guide prospective and current students through their educational journey. The ideal candidate will provide accurate program information, support the admissions process, and help students make informed decisions to achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to student inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
• Advise students on program options, course selection, and admission requirements.
• Provide program demonstrations to prospective students.
• Manage the admissions process, ensuring smooth conversion from leads to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospective students.
• Plan and implement methods to improve admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with the academic and admissions teams to enhance student experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, or education admissions.
• Proven track record of achieving enrollment or admissions targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, internet applications, and CRM systems.
