Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor based in Bhopal. The Academic Advisor will guide students in selecting appropriate academic and career paths, provide one-on-one counseling, and offer expert advice to support students in achieving their educational and career goals. The role involves helping students navigate educational offerings, understanding their aspirations, and aligning them with suitable opportunities. The advisor will also act as a point of contact for students and parents, offering program-specific insights and resolving queries.

Qualifications

• Strong competencies in Academic Advising and Career Counseling
• Proven experience in Student Counseling and Education guidance
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to work empathetically with students to understand their academic goals
• Prior experience or strong understanding of the education landscape
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with problem-solving abilities
