Role Description

This is a full-time, Remote role for a Academic Advisor located in Delhi, India. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized career guidance to MBA and PGDM aspirants, conducting one-on-one telecounseling sessions, and assisting students in making informed decisions about business schools and specializations. Duties include evaluating students goals, offering career development strategies, managing career plans, and delivering accurate information about available programs and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.
• Experience in Student Counseling and tailored guidance for educational aspirations.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students and institutions.
• Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic, goal-oriented support.
• Proficiency in handling admission-related guidance and knowledge of MBA/PGDM programs.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with MBA entrance exams and admission processes in India is advantageous.
