Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding their academic goals and career aspirations. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, assisting students with academic planning, offering career counseling, and providing information about educational opportunities. Additionally, the role involves addressing student concerns, ensuring clarity on programs, and fostering a supportive atmosphere for learners.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication abilities for effectively guiding students and addressing concerns
• Experience in Academic Advising and familiarity with educational frameworks
• Passion for Education and supporting student success
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site and collaborative environment
• Relevant experience in academic or counseling roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is highly desirable
