Senior Academic Advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor at an Edtech company, located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and academic advising, guiding students in career counseling, and supporting their educational development. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, developing educational plans, assessing students needs, and collaborating with other team members to ensure each student receives appropriate support.

• Academic Advising and Education skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in the educational or Edtech industry is a plus
